Installation paths for ceme
We offer three installation routes, each suited to different device types and user preferences. Android users can download our APK directly; iOS users access the platform via browser with added app-like functionality; and web-based access works on any modern device without installation. All three routes connect to the same account and game library.
Installation walkthrough
- Download. Obtain the ceme APK from our download page, or open our web address in your phone browser.
- Install. For Android, allow installation from unknown sources in your device settings, then tap the APK file; for iOS, add the web app to your home screen via the share menu.
- Register or log in. Create a new account with your email, username, mobile number, and password, or sign in if you already have a ceme account.
- Start playing. Access live tables, sportsbook, and slots immediately; deposit via DANA, e-wallet, or bank transfer to begin placing stakes.
App versus browser: what you gain
Our native app stores game assets locally, reducing load times and data consumption compared to browser sessions. Push notifications alert you to new Piala Indonesia fixtures or promotional updates without requiring the app to be open. The app maintains offline access to game history and account information; once you reconnect, data syncs automatically. Performance is noticeably smoother on slower connections, with video streaming adapting to available bandwidth. For users in Medan, Semarang, or areas with variable network strength, the app's caching strategy delivers a more reliable experience than refreshing a web page repeatedly.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7 and above on phones and tablets; iOS 12 and later for iPhones and iPads. The app requires approximately 150 MB of free storage for initial installation and game assets. Minimum RAM requirement is 2 GB; devices with 1 GB or less may experience slowdowns, particularly during peak hours when live-dealer studios are congested. Check your device settings to confirm OS version before downloading the APK.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If installation fails on Android, verify that "Unknown Sources" is enabled under your device's security settings. Some manufacturers (Samsung, Xiaomi) require this permission explicitly. If the APK refuses to run after installation, clear your device cache, restart, and try again. Certificate trust warnings during app startup are normal for self-signed builds; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. iOS users who see a blank screen after adding the web app to their home screen should clear their Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and revisit the ceme web address. If live tables fail to load, check your internet speed; video streaming requires stable 2+ Mbps connection. All installation support is available through our help centre.
Data usage and account security
The ceme app compresses video streams to minimize data consumption; typical live-dealer play uses 50–100 MB per hour, depending on video quality settings. All account credentials (username, password, session tokens) are encrypted before transmission and stored securely on your device. We do not retain your password on our servers; login uses a secure token system that expires after period of inactivity. Permissions requested by the app—camera access for identity verification, location for geolocation checks, and contacts for account recovery—are used only as described during setup. Disable unnecessary permissions in your device settings if you prefer standard security practices. Your account balance is segregated and protected under standard banking practices; withdrawal requests are processed according to payment-method schedules and regional banking hours.
