cemePrivacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use ceme and how we keep that data protected. We at ceme take your privacy seriously and comply with applicable data protection standards across all jurisdictions where our service operates.
When you create a ceme account, deposit funds, place bets on Liga 1 or Piala AFF, or play our live-dealer tables, we collect certain personal and transactional information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who has access to it, and what rights you have over your data.
Our data handling practices are designed to balance your privacy with regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and legitimate business operations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Our data processors and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. However, we share certain data with trusted third parties to deliver ceme services:
- Payment processors
- We share payment details with mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and our banking partners (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) to process deposits and withdrawals.
- Live-dealer studios
- We transmit minimal identifying data to our multi-camera live-dealer providers to authenticate players and prevent fraud at the table.
- Compliance providers
- We may engage third-party identity verification and sanctions-screening services to fulfill legal obligations.
- Cloud hosting

Your rights on ceme
You have the right to request access to your personal data held on ceme. You can export your transaction history, account details, and game records at any time through your ceme dashboard. If you believe any data is inaccurate, you may request correction.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to our retention obligations. If we are required by law to retain your data for anti-money-laundering compliance, we will continue to store it for the legally mandated period but will not use it for any purpose beyond that requirement.

Cookies and tracking on ceme
Our ceme platform uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your login session, store your preferences, and analyze how you use the platform. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain to recognize you on future visits.
We do not use cookies for targeted advertising across third-party websites. Our analytics collect anonymous data such as page views and game popularity—information that cannot identify you personally.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent ceme features from working properly. For example, you may be logged out unexpectedly or unable to place bets.
Data retention on ceme
We retain your personal and transactional data as long as your ceme account is active, plus a retention period mandated by law. Identity verification records are kept for a minimum of five years for anti-money-laundering compliance. Transaction histories are retained for seven years to support tax reporting and regulatory audits.
Once the retention period expires, we securely delete your data or anonymize it so it cannot identify you. If you close your ceme account, we begin deleting your data according to the same timelines, subject to legal holds.
Changes to our ceme privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. Material changes will be notified to you via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of ceme after the new policy's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Contact us about your privacy
If you have questions about this privacy policy, wish to exercise your rights, or believe we have mishandled your data, please contact our support team via the ceme app or by sending an email to our compliance team. We will respond to access and deletion requests within 30 days.
Our ceme services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's data protection and privacy laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction where we do not operate, you may not have an enforceable claim against us under that jurisdiction's privacy laws.
This policy is effective as of the date posted on the ceme website. We encourage you to review it periodically for updates, particularly around peak seasons such as Liga 1 playoffs, Piala AFF tournaments, and holiday periods like Idul Fitri and Idul Adha when usage patterns and data volumes increase.
